It’s that time of year…our best skin tips here

We didn’t make it this year, but we were lucky enough to attend years ago, when it was first in NYC, and had a great evening celebrating with the Angels. 

We’ve been looking for a great weekend bag for a while and finally found one yesterday at the opening of the Ernest Alexander boutique on Clinton St.  Although geared towards men, we think this bag would look great on anyone! 

Heading to three events tonight, which means it’s time to pull out the vintage Celine, circa 2000.  The ultimate classic shoulder bag: Black structured leather. Gold hardware. One strap. Totally perfect. 

As a brand innovation whiz, Dom spends most of her time scoping out new trends across the country.  On the road, she always manages to look totally polished and effortlessly chic. We caught up with her in a rare free moment (when she’s not traveling, you can find her skydiving or hosting dinner parties) to quiz her on her personal style and more. 

CURRENT HOME: Los Angeles

BEST TRIP THIS YEAR:  So far in 2011, a long weekend in New Orleans with the zydeco music, cajun food, and new fervor as the city rebuilds.

FAVORITE BEAUTY SPOT: Beauty for me comes from living simply & in the outdoors e.g., long hikes during the day and relaxing swims at twilight.  My favorite spot right now for total nature immersion is in the visually breathtaking Sedona, Arizona at the Enchantment Resort and its Mii Amo Spa.

CURRENT OBSESSION: Race car driving (one lesson series and I’m hooked).

MAKEUP LOOK FOR SPRING: Coral (lipstick & cheeks) and gold (eyes).


FAVORITE RESTAURANT: Umami burger - when it comes to comfort food, nothing compares to their Hatch Burger and homemade pickles.


PACKING TIP: Never leave without one dress (jersey preferably for easy packing) and multiple accessories that can handle an array of fancy nights without fuss.


NEVER FLY WITHOUT: My kindle, ipod, evian mineral water spray, and a large cashmere shawl.


WHAT’S IN YOUR FRIDGE RIGHT NOW: Raw milk, freshly-squeezed juice, greek yogurt, champagne, lots of olives, wine, & trader joe’s premade pizza dough
